Rest assured - that you can expect the highest level of professionalism, privacy, and discretion with every service provided.
If you happen to see us outside of the spa, please feel free to say hello if you wish. If you prefer not to, that’s perfectly fine too—we won’t approach you first.
We meticulously consider your allergies and sensitivities to ensure a personalized environment of comfort and peace of mind. In addition, we are EMF-aware and take extra steps to protect your well-being. Our table warmers are equipped with EMF-blocking technology, creating a safe and soothing space for your treatment.

We consistently use proper draping techniques and ensure a professional session every time. We also maintain a respectful environment and do not entertain any questions or requests regarding inappropriate topics.
We exclusively use top-quality products, including but not limited to:

Skin care products that are free from chemicals and parabens.

A range of products in special airtight packaging to preserve ingredient efficacy without excessive preservatives.

Potent organic + herbal-infused products.

Natural, clean and highly effective pharmaceutical-grade products.

Pure essential oils that are unadulterated, wild-crafted, and/or organic, blended by hand.

Organic and professional-grade massage products, crafted exclusively at our retreat

Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and allergen-free products available upon request.

We are committed to providing a luxurious and environmentally-conscious experience. That’s why we use only natural fabrics, including unbleached organic cotton and linen sheets, along with soft organic cotton towels and robes. Our linens are carefully washed with powerful, active organic cleaners that are free from harsh chemicals, bleaches, and fragrances, ensuring a gentle, truly healing, chemical-free environment for your treatment

Online Booking + Scheduling Appointments
To reserve your session, our online booking system requires a credit card, prepaid option, or alternative arrangement.
Your credit card will only be charged if you select it as your payment method at checkout or if a no-show or cancellation policy fee applies.

We do accept some forms of Medical Massage Payments
Medical Massage accessibility details:
-We DO accept HSA/FSA accounts.
-We offer super-bill receipts for your reimbursement.
-In some cases you may need to receive pre-authorization for payment to be accepted
-We do not accept health insurance or submit claims to insurance companies.

Appointments
To provide personalized care, we request that all sessions be booked in advance.
Walk-ins are not accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee

Canceling within the 24 hour time-frame will result in a 50% Charge.

Please note that after three consecutive cancellations within the 24-hour notice period, payment in full will be required for any future services - Ongoing frequent cancellations will result in your inability to rebook services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process for all our guests
No-Showing
Please note that no-shows will not be tolerated.
A no-show defined: Not attending your scheduled appointment or failing to notify us at or near the time of the session.
We ask that you be respectful and communicate any changes in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. By booking, you consent to the charge to your card in the event of a no-show.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation - After one no-show, payment in full will be required for any future services.
